Reporting to the Nedlaw Living Walls General Manager, the Administrative Coordinator supports various administrative functions. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like providing weekly updates on construction progress, along with administrative duties such as document preparation/submission and perform a key role in project planning and implementing process. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and liaise with contractors to deliver results on deadlines. Duties may include; Acting as a point of contact for phone calls and correspondence, arranging meetings, preparing reports, and handling day-to-day tasks.
Living Wall Maintenance Team Member
Reporting to the Nedlaw Living Walls Maintenance Manager, the NLW Team Member is responsible for the expert care of living walls. The key attributes one must have is an independent worker, honest and ethical, good customer service skills, loves plants and likes a physical job.
